Understand the Process
By the end of this page, you will know exactly what we do, what you need, and how it works.
What We Do
Florida law requires every brokerage to have a qualifying broker on file with DBPR. We put our license on your company so you can legally operate. That is it.
What We Do Not Do
We are a name on a filing. Nothing more.
- Supervise your agents
- Review or approve your transactions
- Handle escrow or trust funds
- Provide training or coaching
- Participate in your day-to-day operations
- Access your bank accounts or funds
You run your brokerage in compliance with Florida Chapter 475.
What You Need
Have these ready before you apply.
- Active Florida real estate license
- E&O insurance policy, naming our broker as additional insured
- LLC or Corp registered on Sunbiz.org
- Separate business bank account
How It Works
Four steps. No meetings. No phone calls until you are ready.
Apply Online
Fill out the application with your license info and business details. Takes about 5 minutes. No commitment.
Sign the Agreement
We send you the broker of record agreement to review and e-sign. You have already read it on this site -- no surprises.
We File with DBPR
We add ourselves to your Sunbiz record as manager, then submit Form RE 7 to register your brokerage. Processing takes 2-4 weeks.
You Are In Business
Once DBPR approves, you operate under your own brand with full independence. We collect our monthly fee and stay out of your way.
The DBPR Forms
We handle the paperwork. Two forms:
Pricing
+ $300 setup. $100/mo per additional agent.
Flat monthly fee. No commission splits. No hidden costs.
+ $300 one-time setup fee
$100/month for each additional agent
