Before you apply, please read carefully.

  1. You must hold an active Florida real estate license in good standing, with no open complaints, pending disputes, or disciplinary history.
  2. You will never handle client funds under any circumstances. All money must flow through a Florida-licensed escrow company.
  3. You must provide proof of a $1,000,000 E&O policy naming your broker of record as an additional insured.
  4. We provide only the minimum infrastructure required to keep your license active and your corporation compliant. We are not a training program, lead generator, or full-service brokerage.
