- You must hold an active Florida real estate license in good standing, with no open complaints, pending disputes, or disciplinary history.
- You will never handle client funds under any circumstances. All money must flow through a Florida-licensed escrow company.
- You must provide proof of a $1,000,000 E&O policy naming your broker of record as an additional insured.
- We provide only the minimum infrastructure required to keep your license active and your corporation compliant. We are not a training program, lead generator, or full-service brokerage.
