I hold an active Florida real estate license in good standing, with no open complaints, pending disputes, or disciplinary history. I will never handle client funds under any circumstances. All money must flow through a Florida-licensed escrow company. I will provide proof of a $1,000,000 E&O policy naming my broker of record as an additional insured. I understand this is minimum infrastructure only to keep my license active and corporation compliant. This is not a training program, lead generator, or full-service brokerage.
