Pricing FAQ
What is the startup fee for?
The $300 one-time startup fee covers DBPR form preparation, filing, and onboarding your brokerage into our system. State filing fees are paid separately by you directly to DBPR.
Are there long-term contracts?
There is a 90-day initial term. After 90 days, service continues month-to-month. Either party can terminate with 30 days written notice. A $500 early termination fee applies if you leave before completing 12 months of service.
Do you take a cut of my commissions?
No. Your commissions are 100% yours. We charge a flat monthly fee only.
