Pricing FAQ
What is the setup fee for?
The $300 setup fee covers DBPR form preparation, filing, and onboarding your brokerage into our system.
Are there long-term contracts?
No. Month-to-month. Either party can terminate with 30 days notice by filing DBPR Form RE 13.
Do you take a cut of my commissions?
No. Your commissions are 100% yours. We charge a flat monthly fee only.
